Our 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is soft and sophisticated with warm black cherry preserves surrounding the acidity, it’s tinged with baking spices and a hint of spearmint aromas that leads you to characters of hibiscus, black cherries and raspberries. It’s seductive on the palate with a sparkle of butterscotch and blackberries on the long dry, yet refreshing finish.
This Cabernet Sauvignon was honored and featured at the first annual ROCKNAPA 2013!
Food Pairing Notes
An incredible Cabernet Sauvignon to pair with coffee-rubbed, gorgonzola crusted lamb roast over saffron risotto with salt blanched sautéed kale.
