Crush94. is the Custom-Crush arm of the Spelletich Family Wine Co. We produce wine for clients from crush-to-bottle and everything in-between. All wines for our clients will be crushed, fermented, vinted, and barrel stored at the company’s Southern Crossing winery, located in the world-renowned Napa Valley.
We offer top-down, crush-to-bottle services, as well as having available, proper barrel storage, including compliance (where applicable). We’re a fully functional custom-crush business, with more than 30 years of experience making and producing wine.
We can achieve all this and still maintain our small owned and operated business; which means offering an intimate, hands-on, well-crafted experience. Longtime winemaker Barb Spelletich, who has been making wine for her family winery – Spelletich Cellars – for 20 years, guides her clients through the full production process. Timothy Spelletich and his crew conduct the barrel work; while Kristen Spelletich immerses herself in the logistics of the entire operation from custom bottling, packaging and branding, label creation, accounting, scheduling, and administration tasks.
Additionally, as a full-service enterprise, Crush94.’s veteran team can assist its clients in sourcing grapes, and identifying bulk wine sources through its three decades of experience in the field.
