Edward De Los Santos started his career in the wine industry over 20 year ago as a fork lift operator. He moved up the chain in the wine industry by working hard. He earned the position as the head foreman and assistant winemaker at Dunnewood Vineyards & Winery in Ukiah, CA. Edward studied viticulture at Mendocino College.

Today, Edward is the bottling line supervisor for Spelletich Family Wine Company and Logistics Manager for Lot 18. Juggling two locations, Edward is in charge of the only bottling line that produces 50ml and 100ml mini bottles in the world called, Total Anaerobic Sample Transfer Environment.

“The wine industry is my career choice and my goal is to become a brilliant winemaker along with teaching and educating people about wine.”

Edward is working new ideas to improve the technology for the Total Anaerobic Sample Transfer Environment to help the bottling line to grow and become more efficient.”

Edward is a proud dad to his daughters Lola and Amerika.
